The ALN Service Engagement & Impact Group is partnering with NHS Knowledge and Library Services to run an online event on Value and Impact in libraries.
In these times of ever-growing financial restrictions, this event is an opportunity to hear details of the tools institutions and organisations have used which have helped to prove value and/or to share their experience of using impact to build or defend services.

In addition, there will be an opportunity to opt-in to a randomised coffee trial (RCT), where you will be paired with another attendee for a 15-30min coffee at a time that is convenient to you both. The meeting can be virtual, by phone or in-person - it is up to you - and you can discuss the session or any other interest that takes your fancy. Please let us know if you would like to be involved in the RCT.
